The Principle
At the heart of the AeroFlow® ceramic storage heater is an internal fireclay core, permeated by heating elements. Unlike conventional electric heaters, it's not the steel casing that heats up, but the stone. Heat is transferred directly into the room via the fins, with cold air being drawn in from below and released as warm air at the top – this is known as convection heat.
Once the heater reaches the desired room temperature, it automatically switches off, while the fireclay core continues to emit heat – without additional power consumption. Thanks to the specially developed fins and the storage core, the heater's temperature remains constant, so reheating is often unnecessary.

Efficient tiled stove heat thanks to fireclay core
In conventional heaters, more heat often accumulates at the top than at the bottom, leading to uneven heat distribution. Our AeroFlow® electric storage heater, however, features separate heating zones with different wattages, ensuring an even distribution of heat throughout the room.
Flexible for all applications
Whether you want to heat unused rooms without connected radiators or need to bridge a central heating system failure or weaknesses – an electric heater offers a flexible solution for numerous applications.
In times of rising gas and oil prices, electric storage heaters are also an attractive alternative to conventional fossil heating systems. Especially if you own a photovoltaic system, it can be more economically advantageous to use the generated electricity directly on-site rather than feeding it into the grid.
Electric storage heaters like the Aeroflow Smart are ideal, for example, for rooms that are not used regularly. Thanks to their low acquisition and installation costs, they enable the economical use of such areas during the cold season.

Radio Control X3D
An extremely convenient way to control your heating is with the X3D radio control: using a wall-mounted radio thermostat, you can operate one or more radiators within a temperature zone – e.g. kitchen, dining room, and living room – to ensure a consistent temperature. You can set the thermostat manually according to your desired temperature or operate it via individual schedules that you create based on your habits.
You can also connect the radio thermostat to your internet router using the optional Webconnector TYDOM 1.0 module. This allows you to control your heating conveniently via your mobile phone or tablet using the free FlexiComfortApp, in addition to the comfortable radio control.
With simple +/- settings and programmable daily or weekly settings, the AeroFlow® electric heater with radio controller fits perfectly into your daily life.
Perfect for anyone who...
- doesn't have Wi-Fi but still wants comfortable heating control
- prefers simple and consistent temperature control in different rooms
- wants to switch flexibly between manual and automatic control, based on their daily habits
- wants to set up individual heating schedules for efficient energy use
- optionally wants to benefit from precise control options via app (TYDOM required)
Description
AeroFlow® Compact electric heaters from Thermotec are the perfect choice for anyone looking for a powerful yet space-saving heating solution. With their slim design, they fit ideally into smaller rooms or areas where space is a factor, without compromising on heating performance. Thanks to the integrated fireclay storage bricks, the generated heat is efficiently stored and released evenly, creating a residual heat effect. This means the room continues to be heated efficiently even after the electric heater has been switched off.
Available in various output levels – from 650W to 2450W – the AeroFlow® Compact models offer the flexibility to effectively heat both small and large rooms.
The AeroFlow® Compact S with 650W is perfect for smaller rooms such as bathrooms or offices, while the AeroFlow® Compact M with 1300W is an ideal choice for medium-sized rooms such as bedrooms or studies.
For larger living areas, the AeroFlow® Compact L with 1950W and the AeroFlow® Compact XL with 2450W offer particularly high heat output.
Simple installation and intuitive operation make AeroFlow® Compact heaters the ideal addition to any household looking for a cost-effective and reliable heat source.
AeroFlow® electric heaters are leaders in efficient electric heating for living spaces, garden sheds, or attics. Use in energy-saving or passive houses is also possible. In addition, the electric radiators can be connected and powered by solar energy in an environmentally friendly and emission-free manner.
