Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear written statement (email, letter) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has reached us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We will exercise our right of retention until receipt of the goods. As soon as we have received and inspected the goods, we will arrange for the repayment of the purchase price immediately.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Radiators are not suitable for parcel shipping and must be returned by freight forwarder. Please arrange for a freight forwarder of your choice yourself. The costs for this can be up to 300 EUR, based on experience. The actual amount depends on the distance to our return address, the weight and volume of the goods, and the provider you choose.
Spare parts and accessories can be returned as a parcel. Here, too, you bear the costs of return.
Please pack the goods carefully and securely for transport – for radiators, if possible, in the original packaging, on a pallet and with edge protection. This will avoid transport damage for which we cannot provide compensation if it is due to insufficient packaging.
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
