Delete app account
Here you can delete your account for the THERMOTEC.HOME app by Thermotec AG without installing the app.
What is deleted: your app account including name, email address and login credentials, all devices connected in the app along with their settings (e.g. room names, heating profiles, schedules), and the stored usage and consumption data.
What is retained: we keep invoice and order data for as long as the law requires (up to 10 years under Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code and Section 257 of the German Commercial Code). This data is restricted and used only for tax and commercial-law purposes. Once the retention period ends, it is deleted as well.
After your request, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Your account is only deleted once you click this link.
Warning: your app account and its data will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
This deletes your account data, your connected devices including their settings, and your usage data. Invoice and order data is kept until the statutory retention period ends.
